Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use ChecKin, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, send an email to admin@slothlab.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include the email address or phone number associated with your ChecKin account so we can verify your identity.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Care recipient data (names, phone numbers, schedules)
- Check-up history and voice recordings
- Subscription and billing records
- Push notification tokens and preferences
- All associated app usage data
Processing Period
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated and no further check-ups will be sent. Once deletion is complete, the action cannot be undone.
