Sloth Desk — Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Sloth Desk account and the data associated with it. Sloth Desk is operated by Sloth Lab Inc.
How to Request Deletion
Email admin@slothlab.app from the email address you use to sign in to Sloth Desk, with the subject line "Sloth Desk account deletion request". If you manage more than one business location, tell us whether to delete one location or all of them.
We will confirm the request by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What Is Deleted
- Your account (sign-in email and account identifier)
- Your business profile, business hours, and the fact sheet the assistant answers from
- Conversation history: missed-call records, text messages exchanged with your customers, and your briefing replies
- Push notification tokens for your devices
What May Be Retained
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Anonymized analytics and crash reports that are not linked to your identity, per Firebase retention settings
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing records), if any
