Peekstamp — Refund Policy

Peekstamp is sold by Sloth Lab Inc. This policy covers Peekstamp Pro purchases made on our website.

14-Day Refund

If Peekstamp Pro is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your license key. You do not need to give a reason. We refund within 14 days of your request.

How to Request a Refund

Email admin@slothlab.app from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Peekstamp refund request". You can also contact Link support, the checkout and order service named on your receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

After a Refund

Your license stops working the next time the app checks it. The free scan stays available.

Payments and Your Rights

Payments are processed through Stripe and appear as "Sold through Link". In certain cases, Link support can issue a refund within 60 days of purchase. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
